Built on a coaching method, not a feature list.
As a former player, now coach, I have seen the same thing again and again. Athletes across sports get quality reps in with their coaches, then a week later, it's gone. Coaches try to keep up with text threads and notes, but nothing brought it all together to keep momentum and instruction going. All the while, parents lack visibility into seeing progress and how improvement is being made. TIE Game is a tool I wish I had as an athlete, built on the philosophy I teach my players, that every rep should be approached with Technique, Intensity, and Enthusiasm.Kyle Martinez, founder and varsity baseball coach
Every rep gets all three.
TIE stands for Technique, Intensity and Enthusiasm. Kyle learned it playing college baseball and teaches it to his high school players today. A tie game is also the moment when every rep matters, which is exactly the mindset we want athletes to bring between lessons.

Do it right. Every rep with the form your coach taught, even when nobody's watching.

Do it with purpose. Game speed and game focus, not going through the motions.

Bring the energy. Love the work itself, not just the result.
Most of our athletes are teenagers. We take that seriously.
Parents own the account
For athletes under 18, a parent sets up the account and invites the athlete.
Parents in every thread
There are no private messages between coaches and minors. Parents see every conversation.
Private by default
Videos and notes are visible only to the athlete, their parents and their coach.
13 and older to start
We start with teens and adults, and athlete data stays out of ads and tracking.
Coaching a few athletes? Try it free this winter.
We're looking for a handful of private coaches to help shape TIE Game.
